1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Sesh Radar app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User-Generated Content

Sesh Radar allows users to share skatepark presence, session activity, and related content. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Spam, scams, or misleading information
• Harassment, bullying, or threats toward other users
• Illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
• Content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

3. Reporting & Moderation

You can report objectionable users by tapping their profile and selecting "Report user." You can block users by selecting "Block user" on their profile. We review all reports and take action as appropriate, which may include removing content or banning users.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
