Built in 2001 beneath the 'Elogio del Horizonte' sculpture on the Cerro de Santa Catalina headland, this bowl-focused skatepark offers dramatic views over the Bay of Biscay. Renamed after Ignacio Echeverría, the skater hero of the 2017 London Bridge attack.
