Located in Owl's Head Park in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, this free outdoor concrete skatepark opened in 2001 and was the first concrete skatepark built in Brooklyn. Designed by pro-skater Andy Kessler, it features bowls and sits right on the water with views of the harbor.
